Al unirte a la lista de espera de Nubbu o enviar tu información a través de nuestros formularios previos al lanzamiento, aceptas los siguientes términos.
1. Servicio previo al lanzamiento
Nubbu se encuentra en fase previa al lanzamiento. Unirse a la lista de espera o acceder a invitaciones como Direct Pass no garantiza membresía ni acceso a la plataforma. Nubbu se reserva el derecho de aprobar o rechazar solicitudes a su entera discreción.
2. Participación en la lista de espera
Al enviar tu información confirmas que es exacta y se proporciona de forma voluntaria. La participación no crea ningún derecho contractual de acceso al servicio.
3. Invitaciones Direct Pass
Las invitaciones Direct Pass son de uso personal y no pueden transferirse, venderse ni distribuirse públicamente sin autorización. Nubbu se reserva el derecho de revisar, rechazar o revocar invitaciones en cualquier momento. El uso indebido del sistema puede resultar en el rechazo de la solicitud.
4. Comunicaciones
Al unirte aceptas que Nubbu pueda contactarte sobre actualizaciones de lanzamiento, invitaciones, noticias de la comunidad y eventos. Puedes cancelar la suscripción a comunicaciones promocionales en cualquier momento.
5. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido, marcas, logotipos y materiales relacionados con Nubbu son propiedad exclusiva de Nubbu y no pueden copiarse ni distribuirse sin autorización previa por escrito.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
Nubbu proporciona sus servicios “tal cual”. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Nubbu no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes.
7. Cambios en el servicio
Nubbu se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o interrumpir cualquier servicio previo al lanzamiento en cualquier momento, sin responsabilidad.
8. Cambios en estos Términos
Nubbu se reserva el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Al continuar usando los servicios aceptas quedar sujeto a la versión revisada.
9. Jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa estará sujeta a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Madrid, España.

By joining the Nubbu waitlist or submitting your information through any of our pre-launch forms, you agree to the following terms.
1. Pre-Launch Service
Nubbu is currently in a pre-launch phase. Joining the waitlist or accessing invitations such as Direct Pass does not guarantee membership or access to the platform. Nubbu reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.
2. Waitlist Participation
By submitting your information you confirm it is accurate and submitted voluntarily. Participation does not create any contractual right to access the service.
3. Direct Pass Invitations
Invitations are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or publicly distributed without authorization. Nubbu reserves the right to review, refuse or revoke invitations at any time. Misuse of the invitation system may result in rejection of the application.
4. Communications
By joining the waitlist you agree that Nubbu may contact you regarding launch updates, invitations, community news and events. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, logos and materials related to Nubbu are the exclusive property of Nubbu and may not be copied or distributed without prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nubbu provides its services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nubbu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Changes to the Service
Nubbu reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any pre-launch service at any time, without liability.
8. Changes to These Terms
Nubbu reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. By continuing to use Nubbu services you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
